 6-Week Nutrition Coaching Pod
Learn how to fuel your body, shed fat, and transform your nutrition habits — with support, strategy, and simplicity.

What is it? A high-touch group coaching experience with me, designed to help you build momentum with your nutrition, healthy habits, consistency, and accountability heading into summer.

You’ll be in a small group of 4–6 women with similar goals and challenges:

Women who:

  • Want fat loss without extremes

  • Want to understand macros and dial it in through tracking

  • Are consistent-ish but struggle with follow-through

  • Kind of know what to do but need accountability + structure

  • Need support and a clear plan to make it happen

Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a personal welcome email from me with:

  • Your invitation to schedule a 15–20 minute kickoff call with me to go over your personalized macros

  • An invitation to join our private WhatsApp group for daily support and check-ins

Each week for 6 weeks, you’ll have:
