FREE 6-Week Workout Program!

In this free series, I made three workouts for each week:

  • 1 full-body strength, with weights

  • 1 cardio

  • 1 full-body strength, just bodyweight

I personally love to train with both weights and bodyweight for a balanced approach! I posted both the format and helpful tips with each workout as we move through the series. I can't wait to work out with you!
