Welcome to my corner of the web! I'm Randa Dinkler, a Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others discover the best version of themselves through a holistic approach to health and well-being. With 25 years of experience in weight loss and fitness, I have worn many hats – from being a health educator in a medical clinic to a nutrition director, personal trainer, group class instructor, workshop leader, and presenter.

My journey in the health and fitness industry has been more than just a career; it's been a personal odyssey of self-discovery and growth. At a point in my life, I found myself grappling with my own body struggles. I had placed an overwhelming amount of my self-worth on my looks and physique, leading me down a path of obsession with food and over-exercising. It was a turning point that prompted me to reevaluate my relationship with my body, time, and energy.

In this process, I discovered the importance of appreciating and loving my body, respecting my time and energy, and embodying the principles I was preaching to others. It became clear that a more balanced and sustainable approach was needed to break free from the shackles of the dieting culture. This realization fueled the development of a coaching program that has since empowered hundreds of women to liberate themselves from the constraints of traditional diets.

My best attribute lies in my ability to see the best in others and my genuine desire to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. As a good listener, I understand the unique challenges individuals face on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I believe in the power of moderation, the joy of savoring food, and the ability to thrive without succumbing to societal pressures.
