6. Nutrition guide packed with practical tools — easy meal ideas, tracking tips, mindset Q&A, macro cheat sheet, and grocery guide

  4. Video demonstrations for every exercise (with substitutions if something doesn’t feel right)
     

  5. Monthly check-ins on WhatsApp for accountability and progress review
